Important Notice – Coultry Road Closure

I received the following notification from BRL this morning relating to the planned closure of a section of Coultry Road to allow works to start on the Coultry 6 housing scheme.

This is the letter issued to residents of Coultry;

Dear Resident,

I am writing to inform you that construction of the Coultry 6 Housing scheme is due to start on Monday 3rd September.  MDY Construction, the contractors for the scheme, will commence site preparation and hoarding of site.

The project entails the construction of 25 housing units, the completion of the west end of Coultry Park boundary and the finishing of the road network. It is scheduled as an 18 month works programme.

This work will necessitate a road closure of a section of Coultry Road for the duration of the construction of the Coultry 6 scheme. The alternative traffic route will be along Coultry Green and Coultry Drive. (Please see attached map)
