There is currently up to 45% discount available to buy your home if you have been a Dublin City Council tenant for more than 10 years.
The deadline for applications is before 31st December 2011.
If you haven't been a tenant for over 10 years, you may still be eligible for a 30% discount.
Applications for this scheme must be received by June 2012.
